A. Participant Requirements

1. Participants are not permitted to bring items or objects prohibited by applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Participants are not permitted to engage in activities that violate the law or are prohibited by applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
3. Participants are not permitted to damage any tourist facilities, such as cars, hotels, restaurants, or other facilities at tourist destinations.
4. Participants are not permitted to bring or take protected items or objects, cultural heritage objects, plants, or protected animals from tourist areas.
5. Participants are required to maintain cleanliness, decency, and security at each tourist destination they visit.
6. Participants are required to comply with the regulations at all tourist destinations, hotels, and restaurants.
7. Participants are required to comply with the directions and guidance of the Tour Guide and Tour Leader.
8. Package exclusions:
   • Personal Expenses
   • Optional Tours
   • High-season surcharges
   • Meals and drinks outside the program
   • Force majeure events

B. Activity Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Tour packages are implemented according to the package selected by the committee/agency in the tour activity offer.
2. The cost/price of the package offered is based on the hotel class selected.

C. Booking Terms

1. Make a down payment of at least 30% of the total tour package price.
2. Complete the prospective participant’s administrative data (KTP/KK/Akta/BukNik/Passport, etc.).
3. Bookings that do not meet points “1” and “2” are non-binding.
4. Bookings that meet points “1” and “2” are binding.
5. Make full payment of the selected tour package three days in advance.
6. Make full payment according to the official invoice issued.
7. If you have made payment according to points “5” and “6”, prospective participants are entitled to the facilities and services from ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL according to the selected tour package.

D. Payment Terms

1. ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL only accepts payments via bank transfer (BCA and Mandiri) or cash in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), USD (US Dollar), and RMB (Chinese Yuan).
2. All ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL payments are made through an official bank account registered in the name of Dika Anggara Tyas Saputra.

3. Payment Schedule:
   • Down Payment : As a booking guarantee, we require a down payment of 30% of the total tour package price. This payment must be made at the time of booking.
   • Full Payment : Customers must make the remaining payment no later than seven days before the tour departure date.
4. Payment Confirmation
   • We encourage you to contact us immediately for confirmation after making payment. This will expedite the booking process and ensure that your selected slot or service is guaranteed.
5. For each payment, ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL will issue an official payment receipt in hard copy and PDF format.
6. An official payment receipt is considered valid if it bears the signature of authorized management or the authorized person in charge and the official ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL stamp.

E. Cancellation Policy

1. ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL does not accept cancellations of tour package bookings by prospective participants without a valid reason.
2. Cancellations of tour package bookings by prospective participants must be notified to ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL at least 30 days before the scheduled tour.
3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour will result in a 100% refund.
4. Cancellations made within 29-10 days of the scheduled tour will result in a 50% refund.
5. Cancellations made within 9-4 days of the scheduled tour will result in a 25% refund.
6. Cancellations made within 3-1 days of the scheduled tour will not result in a refund.
7. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days by ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL.

Special Terms for Hotel Cancellations:

If a confirmed and paid tour package, including hotel reservations, is canceled, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. This is because payments already made to the hotel are non-refundable.

F. Postponement Provisions

1. Prospective participants must confirm with ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL if they wish to reschedule their tour at least 15 days before the scheduled tour date.
2. If a reschedule is made 1-14 days before the scheduled tour date, a 5% fee will be charged on the total invoiced tour package.
3. Any proposed changes do not apply to hotel reservations; the previous hotel booking remains valid, and the changed hotel is a new booking.
4. Prospective participants must notify ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL directly about any tour changes (in person, by phone, WhatsApp, or email).

G. Other Provisions

1. The terms, reservation procedures, and conditions outlined in points A–F are binding and valid under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Prospective participants using ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL services are deemed to have read and understood all of these terms, reservation procedures, and conditions.
3. Any issues arising from the implementation of this agreement will be resolved through deliberation and consensus based on amicable principles.
4. ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL is committed to providing the best, most professional, and highest-quality service according to the tour package selected by prospective participants.
5. Anything not yet outlined in these terms, reservation procedures, and conditions, and deemed important and necessary to improve the quality of ERDE TOUR & TRAVEL’s services, will be outlined in a separate point and constitute an integral part of these terms, reservation procedures, and conditions.
